Once you have built up your confidence, you are still getting ready to start creating content.
This is a colossal mistake that entrepreneurs make in their businesses. The "if I build it, they will come" mindset.
This sounds good, but it is not wise because you are projecting what you think the audience (market) will buy without asking them directly.
How do you find out what the market wants? There are three powerful ways, and I will cover one of those here and the other two during the Focused on You Meta Mindset Challenge.
The first step is creating a focus group for your product and services. What is a focused group?
Your focus group is made up of people that will give you direct feedback and beta-test your products and services first.
We are not asking your best friend or family members who may be biased; we are talking about having five to seven people who will poke holes and tear apart your products to improve them.
Here are the roles you want in your focus group:
Cheerleader
Critic
Construction worker Commander
